  1. ABOUT THE POLICY 

Unreel Hire Limited and its subsidiaries are bound by the New Zealand Privacy Principles, which are set out in Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). 

This Policy applies to personal information collected by Unreel Hire Limited (Unreel Hire). This Policy will commence operation from 01/01/2022. 

Unreel Hire will only collect personal information (other than sensitive information) by lawful and fair means, and the information is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, Unreel Hire functions or activities including the supply of goods and services by us. Unreel Hire will take reasonable steps to ensure that the individual is aware that information is being collected and, should they require access to information collected, shall provide access subject to reasonable request.

We usually collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and, in some cases, financial details. We may collect personal information from publicly available sources.
